That’s right! Tomorrow night, January 26, I’ll be playing at the Nevada Theatre in Nevada City as part of a Tribute to Bob Dylan’s Self Portrait Sessions of 1970. My Tumble bandmate Robert Heirendt put this whole project together, from the 2020 tribute-to-the-tribute album (released 50 years to the date of the original album’s release), to this present-day one-night mini-fest celebration, which will be raising money for the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights. I’ll be there with both Tumble and Flounder, who are a small part of a stellar roster of creative spirits, including Anton Barbeau & Julia VBH, Boston Ravine, Juliet Gobert & Homer Willis, Mark Growden, the Moore Brothers, and Michael Roe.
