Pac and Seep is the duo of drummer/artist Jon Bafus and reeds player Randy McKean. Their music mixes improvisatory abandon with rhythmic intricacy, equal parts swing, stomp, sync and squall. Formed when Jon invited Randy to play the Gold Lion Arts Fest in June 2016, their music continues to evolve from the nexus of Crimson Beefheart rumble and Ornette Ayler freebop.
